" Our respiratory system is very important. This is one of the
key in good health. The air we breathe is our primary source of chi (intrinsic energy). Therefore, the manner of how
we inhale and exhale affects the length and quality of our life."
MASTER BERNARD T. ELORTA, was asked what are the requirements
an effective martial arts teacher should have. He said that , "First, one must have trained from a true master.
In this way only can a student learn the deeper aspects of martial arts. Through this, it makes you really powerful and it
is an effective fighting art."

"There are hidden secrets within these martial arts forms that
only a few can learn. It takes years to master it. A "sifu" must know all the techniques by heart and know how
to take care of them too. Otherwise, he can't teach well. He must also know the philosophy of martial arts - It is built
with humility, self-descipline and determination. If not, of the art can be misused and might be deadly."
